In the United States, Les Millsis currently enjoying unprecedented growth, and in response, we are expanding our work force. Les Mills is currently searching for a highly motivated person to join our home office team in Nottingham, Maryland – just north of Baltimore.

Job Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Champion is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure monthly billing files are executed both accurately and timely
  • Generate and mail billing statements to paper invoice customers
  • Research and contact clients regarding payment failures
  • Maintain an accurate aging report
  • Contact clients regarding outstanding balances
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding billing issues
  • Conduct account research and analysis
  • Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
  • Receive and process all incoming customer account changes
  • Work closely with clients to ensure all contact information and billing details are up to date
  • Update internal systems with any customer profile changes

Job Requirements:

Les Mills is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years Account Receivable or general accounting experience, who will take full ownership of the AR process for three of our U.S. Agencies. The ideal candidate wills posses the following knowledge and competencies:

  • Preferably 2+ years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • Strong business & administrative skills
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, Excel spreadsheets, word processing programs, and Microsoft Outlook

Location

This role will be based in Nottingham, Maryland – the East Coast home office for Les Mills.
