ACV is an excellent source of potassium. If the cows have been fed ACV, the calves have more vigor in the first thirty minutes after birth.
Starting out, I mix it two parts brine water to one part ACV to one part molasses. Slowly cut back on the molasses over a week and the animals will continue consumption of the vinegar and brine water. Some customers put it through a “dose-a-tron” into the water tank.
Even though it is an acid, it has analkalizing response in the body. ACV is anti-parasitical and helps with internal and external parasites [except liver Flukes once they are already in the cows system.]
