Terms and Conditions of Trade Boat Entry
- All information given on this form should be complete and correct at the time of entry. This entry covers the Named Trade Boat only – no refunds will be given
- ECP&DA (the Organisers) reserve the right to refuse any entry to the Rally without giving any reason
- All Exhibitors and Traders, including their stock and equipment, must have their own insurance in place
- A current Canal and River Trust Traders licence must be displayed
- All Traders must comply with the Organisers and Harbour Masters instructions
- The Harbour Master reserves the right to remove any Trader, during and after the Rally should in his opinion the need arise. The mooring is non-transferable
- The Organisers reserve the right to stop accepting entries
- Toilets must not be discharged into the waterway
- You accept that you are responsible for the conduct of all members of your trade boat (i.e. those people that this entry covers overleaf), including any children and pets at all times and in all places. Please do not allow dogs to foul the Rally site or towpath
- You agree not to leave any litter on the Rally site, towpath or surrounding area
- You agree not to store any equipment outside your site or adjacent to it, and not to cause any obstruction or nuisance to others, whether by excessive noise or any other activity
- The Organisers cannot be held responsible for persons or damage to property however caused, and their ruling in all matters is final
- You will be moored in an as prominent position as we can provide in order of bookings received
- If a postal acknowledgement of this entry is requiredplease enclose a stamped addressed envelope
