Judo is a very demanding sport which requires a player to develop various physical attributes in order to perform to their potential (recreational or competitive). This award will endeavour to work with coaches/instructors to raise the standards of the judo player in their care physically, to help them avoid unnecessary injury and enable them to practise or compete optimally at their particular level.
