Things that I can find stressful or hard / Issues such as a very noisy classroom, unfamiliar environments, unexpected changes in the environment, unexpected changes in the classroom routine, new people, speaking in front of people, unclear instructions or expectations.
Things that can help if I am stressed or upset / Strategies such as a clear explanation of what is happening, clear instructions on what is expected of me, a quiet zone to help me feel calmer, having a short break outside with a friend or education support worker, time on a computer, quiet music.
