  1. A male age around 55/60 years, height 5’7”, wheatish complexion, stought built, long face, wearing badami colour shirt, white baniyan and white pant, found on 29-11-2011.
  2. A male age around 45/50 years, height 5’7”, and wheatish complexion, normal built, long face, wearing White jacket and grey pant, found on 29-11-2011.

3. A male age around 40/45 years, height 5’7”, and sallow complexion, medium built, long face, wearing black pant, blue lining shirt and blue lining jacket, found on 30-11-2011.

NOTORIOUS GANG OF TWO BURGLARS ARRESTED.

03 CASES OF HOUSE BURGLARIES OF DELHI WORKED OUT.

ONE LAPTOP, ONE MOBILE PHONE, RUPEES 36,000/- RECOVERED.

GANG PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN SETTING FIRE IN HOUSES AFTER COMMITTING BURGLARY.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Insp. J.S. Joon and consisting of SI Joginder Singh, HC Suresh, HC Surender Kumar, Ct Anil Kumar, Ct. Kamal, Ct. Gajender, Ct. Ranbir and Ct. Sudhir under the supervision of ACP Bir Singh have apprehended a gang of burglars involved in committing house burglaries of Delhi. 03 Cases of house burglaries have been worked out. One Laptop, One Mobile Phone and Rupees 36,000/- were recovered. This gang was previously involved in setting fire in some houses after committing of burglaries.

Information was received on 02/12/2011 by HC Surender that a gang of burglars involved in house burglaries would be coming near Kalkaji Temple for disposal of stolen goods. On this information a trap was laid and two persons were apprehended. They were identified as i) Sanjay @ Mukesh @ Goli (aged 28 years) s/o Chajju Singh r/o Wazir Nagar, Delhi and ii) Ratan (aged 23 years) s/o Chajju Singh r/o Wazir Nagar, Delhi. One Laptop, One Mobile phone and Rs. 36,000/- were recovered from their possession. The apprehension of these burglars led to working out one case of PS Badar Pur and two cases of PS K.M. Pur, Delhi.

Both the accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that Sanjay @ Mukesh @ Goli and Ratan are real brothers. In their early days, they lived in the Jhuggies of Gautam Nagar, Near Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi and worked as rag pickers. Later they organized their own gang with their associates Vishwajeet and Mahender and started committing burglary/theft in the area of Kidwai Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, R.K.Puram and Kotla Mubarak Pur, Delhi. In some occasions they also set fire after committing burglary in the house. In the year 2009 Sanjay @ Mukesh @ Goli and Ratan with Vishwajeet and Mahender were arrested by Crime Branch. But after coming out on bail they again re-organized their gang with their associates Sunder and Vishwajeet and again started committing thefts/burglaries. Sanjay @ Mukesh @ Goli is previously involved in 26 cases of Thefts, Burglary and Arms Act of PSs Kotla Mubarak Pur, Sarojini Nagar and Hauz Khas, Delhi. Ratan is previously involved in 10 cases of theft and burglary of PSs Kotla Mubarak Pur, Sarojini Nagar and Hauz Khas, Delhi.

Concerned Police Stations have been informed about their arrest.

TWO NOTORIOUS CRIMINAL VIJAY SHARMA AND AKHIL DUTTA ARRESTED.

WANTED IN A SENSATIONAL KINDNAPPING AND MURDER CASE OF PS NAYI MANDI, DISTT. MUZAFFAR NAGAR, U.P.

REWARD DECLARED BY THE POLICE OF MUZAFFAR NAGAR, U.P. FOR THEIR ARREST.

TWO COUNTRY MADE PISTOLS AND FIVE LIVE CARTRIDGES RECOVERED.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Insp. Richhpal Singh and consisting of SI Sanjay Neolia, HC Jag Mohan, HC Ajit Singh, HC Sushil Kumar, Ct Nihal, Ct. Bijender, Ct Nitya Nand and Ct. Manoj under the supervision of ACP Bir Singh has apprehended two notorious and hardcore criminals wanted in a kidnapping cum murder case of PS Nayi Mandi, Muzaffar Nagar, U.P. Two country made pistols with five live cartridges have been recovered from their possession.

Information was received on 01/12/2011 by HC Jag Mohan that two persons wanted in a case of kidnapping cum murder case of PS Nayi Mandi, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar, U.P. would be coming at ESI Hospital, Okhla in a Car. On specific information a Hyundai Accent Car was intercepted and 2 persons were apprehended. They were identified as i) Vijay Sharma @ Raj Shekhar (aged 43 years) s/o Som Dutt Sharma r/o Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Delhi and ii) Akhil Dutta @ Abhi Bakshi (aged 35 years) s/o Amrit Lal Dutta r/o Tuglakabad Ext, Delhi and permanent residents of Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Two country made pistols with five live cartridges were recovered from their possession. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered.

Both the accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that in the year 1992, Vijay Sharma alongwith Samsher, Shamshad and Ajit @ Jeeta started their criminal career. Vijay Sharma with his associates kidnapped a person Sehnawaz r/o Vill. Madhopur, PS Gang Nahar, Haridwar with his Tata 407. They murdered Sehnawaz and buried his dead body near Gang Nahar and left the vehicle abandoned. A case of murder was registered at PS Lakshar, Distt. Haridwar. Vijay with his associates were arrested in this case.

In the year, 2002, Vijay with Umesh and Avanish made an attempt on life of Ram Chander, Chowkidar at Paper Mill, Saharanpur. On this a case was registered at PS Saharanpur Sadar. Later Vijay with his associates were arrested in this case.

In the year 2004, Vijay with his associates Pradeep, Sunny Tyagi and Narender Tyagi made an attempt on life of a person Saini and robbed his motor cycle. A case was registered at PS Behat, Distt. Saharanpur and later he was arrested in this case.

In the year 2009, Akhil Dutta @ Abhi Bakshi r/o Tuglakabad Extension, Delhi came in contact with Vijay Sharma through his relative Manjeet. Akhil Dutta wanted to eliminate Madan Garg r/o Muzaffar Nagar, UP as he suspected his wife of having illegal relationship with Madan Garg. Madan Garg knew the wife of Akhil Dutta before her marriage with Akhil Dutta. They hatched a plan to call Madan Garg to Roorkee and then kill him. As per their plan on 04/02/2009 Akhil Dutta with his wife were present in Dehradun. The wife of Akhil Dutta contacted Madan Garg on his mobile phone and called him to the residence of Sunny at Roorkee. Vijay Sharma, Suleman, Neeraj @ Choti, Manjeet and Sunny were present there. Madan Garg came to Sunny’s residence in his Indigo Car, where they held him captive. They made a call on the mobile of Anshu Garg w/o Madan Garg from Madan’s mobile for ransom. On this a case was registered at PS Nayi Mandi, Muzaffar Nagar, U.P.

When their ransom demand was not fulfilled by family members of Madan Garg, they murdered Madan Garg by suffocating him and dumped his dead body in Gang Nahar, Roorkee. Later Suleman, Manjeet, Sunny, Neeraj @ Choti and Kajal w/o Akhil Dutta were arrested in this case. The dead body of Madan Garg was recovered from the Canal i.e. Gang Nahar, Roorkee. Since then Vijay Sharma and Akhil Dutta were evading the police dragnet.

  1. Vijay Sharma was born in Saharanpur, U.P. in the year 1967. He came in contact with bad elements and could not continue his education after class 10th (failed). Now a days he was working as a driver at West Nizamuddin, Delhi under the alias “Raj Shekhar”.

2.Akhil Dutta was born in year 1976 in Dehradun. He is an MBA. Akhil Dutta was running a jeans factory at Tuglakabad Extension under his changed name ‘Abhi Bakshi’.

Concerned police station has been informed about their arrest. Further investigation is in progress.

Traffic advisory

On the occasion of Moharram, on 6th December, 2011Anjuman - E- Taziadaran (The Confederation of all Taziadaran organizations) will take out Tazia processions during the night intervening December 5th & 6th 2011 from 9 PM onwards. These Tazias will include processions from Kalan Mahal, Suiwalan, Pahari Imli, Chitli Qabar, Nabi Karim, Sadar Bazar, Bara Hindu Rao etc. These Tazias will assemble at Chowk Hauz Qazi at about 4.00 AM and would then come to Chowk Jama Masjid. Thereafter, they would disperse at about 6.00 AM to their respective localities.

Again at about 10 AM on 06.12.2011, all Tazia processions from nearby areas will start from their respective places as per their traditional route and assemble at Chowk Hauz Quazi at about 2 PM. Thereafter these would merge in the main Tazia procession at different places enroute to Karbala (Zorbagh).

The route of the Tazia processions from Central District to Karbala, (Jorbagh Road) will be via Chowk Jama Masjid, Chowk Hauz Quazi, Ajmeri Gate, Pahar Ganj Bridge – DBG Road, Chelmsford Road, New Delhi Railway Station, Connaught Place, Sansad Marg, Red Cross Road, Raisina Road, Vijay Chowk, Krishna Menon Marg, Tughlak Road, Aurobindo Marg and Jorbagh Road. Some Tazias from North District will also join at Qutab Road, Nabi Karim.

Access to New Delhi Railway Station

Those going to New Delhi Railway Station on 6th December particularly in evening should leave in advance and have sufficient time for possible delay in routes. Reaching to New Delhi Railway Station people should avoid Connaught Place and reach Ajmeri Gate side through Tilak Marg, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg or through Rajghat and Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg depending on movement of procession.

There is likelihood of slowing down and congestion of traffic along the route of the procession. General public and the motorists are advised to avoid the above mentioned routes and co-operate with and follow the directions of the traffic policemen posted all along the route of procession to avoid inconvenience.

GANG OF BURGLARS BUSTED : 2 ACCUSED ARRESTED AND STOLEN PROPERTY RECOVERED

With the arrest of two burglars namely Rajbir Solanki @ Deepak S/o Maan Singh r/o Village Lakkarpur, PS Suraj Kund, District Faridabad Haryana and Mohammad Naushad S/o Mohd Farook r/o Village Bajraha, Masauda, PS Dhaka, District, East Champaran, Motihari, Bihar, staff of PS Neb Sarai, South District worked out an instant case of burglary and recovered stolen Tata Sky Recharge Coupons worth Rs. 12,600/-, 3 mobile phones, 10 mobile phone chargers and 4 KPS leads.

BRIEF FACTS :

On 02.12.11, complainant Sh. Sushil reported that a burglary had been committed at his Shop No. A-6/3, Khanpur Extention, Devli Road, New Delhi and theft of Tata Sky Recharge Coupons, mobile phones / chargers and KPS leads. In this regard, a case vide FIR No. 298/11 u/s 457/380 IPC PS Neb Sarai was registered and investigation taken up.

INVESTIGATION :

In order to prevent such activities and apprehend the culprits, a team consisting of ASI Sumer Singh, HC Satish No. 461/SD, Ct. Ran Singh No. 2315/SD was formed under the leadership of Inspr. Jarnail Singh, SHO/Neb Sarai and overall supervision of Sh. Rajender Singh, ACP Mehrauli. The members of team worked relentlessly and geared up their sources to develop information, which bore fruitful results. On 03.12.11 a secret information was received one of the accused persons namely Rajbir, involved in the instant case of burglary in Khanpur Extension would come at Ambedkar Nagar Bus Depot to dispose off stolen article. Immediately, the members of team swung into action and a trap was laid at Ambedkar Nagar Bus Depot. At the instance of secret informer, accused Rajbir was nabbed and stolen Tata Sky Recharge Coupon worth Rs. 12,600/- and two mobile phones were recovered from his possession.

INTERROGATION :

On sustained interrogation, accused confessed to have committed the burglary in the shop along with his associate Mohd. Naushad. At the instance of accused, his associate was apprehended and stolen mobile phone, 10 mobile phone chargers and 4 KPS leads were recovered from his possession.

RECOVERY:

1. Tata Sky Recharge Coupon worth Rs. 12,600/-,

2. Three mobile phones,

3. Ten mobile phone chargers

4. Four KPS leads.

EMPLOYEE TURNED ROBBER ARRESTED: RUPEES 2.09 LACS OF ROBBED MONEY RECOVERED: ONE CASE OF DAY LIGHT ROBBERY AT GUN POINT WORKED OUT.

Outer District Special Staff has arrested a employee turned robber namely Silak Ram @ Dhilu (age-32 years) s/o Suraj Bhan r/o village Shah Pur, Post Bupaniya, PS Sadar Bahadurgarh, Disst. Jhajjar, Haryana. rupees 2.09 lacs of robbed booty recovered. With this arrest case registered vide FIR No. 164/11 u/s 392/34 IPC, PS Bawana, Delhi worked out.

INCIDENTS/BRIEF FACTS/TEAM /INVESTIGATION:-

A special team of special staff/Outer District comprising of Inspr. Puran Pant, SI Surender Singh, HC Surender Kumar, HC Ashok Kumar, HC Yogesh, HC Devender, HC Suresh, Ct. Hari and Ct. Harjinder was constituted under the supervision of Ved Prakash ACP/OPS/OD for working on unsolved heinous cases reported in Outer Distt. in the recent past. The team studied the case histories of un-worked out heinous cases to see the pattern of crime and to work accordingly in right direction. After study of cases the team deployed number of sources and started collecting information through all possible means. The team also verified the movements of noted criminals and recently released from jail.

In this process the team noticed that in case FIR no. 164/11 u/s 392/34 IPC, PS Bawana, Delhi some insider of the firm namely Aggarwal Cottage Hab Pvt. Ltd., MIE, Bahadurgarh, Haryana is involved, as the cash robbed was collected from clients by the driver of their tempo.
