David Hobson, DTM is an award winning international speaker, trainer, author and professional Master of Ceremonies. He specializes in helping people develop their business communication skills.

David is a Distinguished Toastmaster and a winner of the Presentation Mastery Award from the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers’ Vancouver Chapter. He is also now the District 21 Chief Ambassador with responsibility for the roll out of the upcoming Toastmasters Pathway.

He recently formed SimPhoney Improv group, which performs around the local area and he also teaches people how to have fun and laugh at life without resorting to a script.

Margaret Page, DTM first joined Toastmasters in 2003 after relocating to BC from Las Vegas, Nevada. Margaret had the privilege of serving District 21 as District Governor in 2012-2013. Under Margaret's leadership, District 21 achieved distinguished status and members were excited to join Margaret on the award winning stage at the International Convention in Cincinnati.

She currently resides in Delta as is serving on the International Board of Toastmasters for the 2015-2017 term. Margaret believes in the power of Toastmasters to change people’s lives by helping them find their voice, get their dream job, enriching their family and build a better community.

Toastmaster by night, award-winning maverick by day – Margaret draws on decades of valuable experience and education as a trainer, coach and leader. She has owned and co-owned nine companies in Canada the USA. She is a highly credited etiquette expert and a results-driven executive coach who has authored 3 books. Margaret is also a Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cultural Intelligence. Most recently, she has been certified by The Body Language Institute in their “You Can’t Lie to Me” program.

Mike Robinsonis a seasoned Toastmaster and our past

District 21 Governor (2006). He is a certified communication skills trainer in N.Z. He has given over 100 talks on the radio, fronted two TV shows and spoken in venues as serious as being an expert witness in a court case, to as rowdy as a vaudeville show.

In business he runs an international engineering and sales company with projects on every continent (including Antarctica), and flies over 100,000 miles per year.

You may have heard of him as the District Governor who distributed 6000 red socks as performance incentives…so expect an education session from him (on Evaluation) to be anything but standard fare.
