RESPONSIBILITIES:
When an aircraft arrives, complete the pre-docking checklist before taking the aircraft into the hanger .After docking the aircraft, with signing Engineers permission, start the scheduled task cards according to checks which is issued by the planning department. The tools and spares required for the particular job card is issued by the technician under his personal responsibility from stores and signed,and countersigned by the tech when the tool is returned. If the aircraft arrives for a modification or SB, segregate and verify the MOD KIT as per the SB List prior to the issue from stores. As per the list created for the working team by the incharge, we will start the work. Each team will have a copy of the SB and the items they need are taken from the incharge and signed. Aircraft batteries are Capacity Tested and if CT fails, battery is overhauledand maintained with ref; to CMM in an approved Battery Shop.
