Conditions of Entry: Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these conditions.

1. Entering this training day constitutes acknowledgement that current PCAV rules apply and acceptance of these rules.
2. Medical armbands must be worn.
3. Helmets must be worn and comply with PCAV Gear rules. Spot checks may occur.
4. Dogs must be on a lead at all times
5. Riders under eight years of age may not take part, horses must be at least age four, no stallions, colts or rigs.
6. Media and Digital Publication Consent, Riders / families that are involved or attending our Training clinic may be photographed by official photographers, local media or event organising committee, these digital images may be used to promote the event in newsletters, flyers, websites and other promotional activities.
7. Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, ground spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

9. NO LUNGEING on the grounds.
10. Gear check is required for Pony Club riders.
11. PCAV Riders ; membership cards must be presented at check in.
12. Open riders

a. Everybody fills in the Liability Declaration Form.

b. $10 Day Attendance fee is due unless you have the proof that you are a current member of PCAV, Equestrian Australia (EA), Arab Horse Society of Australia (AHSA), Australian Endurance Riders Association (AERA), SHCA, HRCAV, an Interstate Pony club; or can prove personal Public Liability cover of at least $1,000,000

c. Riders without adequate insurance cover pay $10 for Liability Only Cover for the duration of the event (not personal medical) & complete the Day Participant Waiver. PCAV Insurance Policy specifically states anyone not following PCAV rules may be left uninsured.
