Instructions
1. Go to www.esis.com (Find a Provider link).
2. Click on the link titled find a provider under the quick links section on the left hand side of the webpage.
3. Click on the link titled “for access to the ESIS CA MPN”.
There are specific instructions next to each step in the search engine to the left hand side as a quick reference.
Please note that you want to be aware when choosing to print a directory that they are often very large documents and they will take a significant time to print, as well as the cost associated with it. We do not suggest printing directories.
However, there are a variety of ways to search for providers. Tabs are provided at the top of the page with associated step by step instructions.

Please choose from one of the following selections:
• Intro / Introduction• Address Search / Search for providers closest to an address.
• Name Search / Search for providers by their name or phone.
• Region Search / Search for providers in geographic regions (e.g., city, county, zip code, etc.).
• Quick Search / A preformatted search using a limited number of specialties for providers who provide initial treatment of WC injuries only to a maximum radius of 35 miles around an address. Creates output to a custom Worksite Poster or Directory.
• Worksite Poster (WSP) / Create Worksite Poster using preformatted formats by state. Function adheres to predefined state specific rules. Batch Worksite Poster and Directory jobs are also submitted here.
• View Archives / Search for previously generated Worksite Posters and Directories.
• State Rules / Gives you a brief description of the state rules that apply to direction of medical care for each state.
• Directory Library / Library of pre generated statewide/region wide directories.
• Help / View TalisPoint Help for Coventry.
