  • Participating as a regular member of the Virtual Library Reference team.

Experience:
Qualified candidates will possess a Masters Degree in Library Science and 3 to 5 years of library experience, including experience handling library administration and technical services responsibilities. Legal industry or professional services experience a plus. Sound knowledge of legal and non-legal research materials preferred. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and multitask, and work collaboratively across the organization.

Customer Care Rep. in Avon Ohio

• Observe and identify all abnormalities / damages in vehicles (undercarriage area, scratches, gouges, dents, dings, differentiation of color classification, inspection of engine compartment, cargo area, trunk, spare tire, and any other signs of previous damage to the vehicle).
• Ensure accuracy of data information regarding the vehicle through entry of a hand held computer device.
• Communicate problems, discrepancies, and other operational issues to Supervisor within required time frame.
• Inspects and maintains all assigned equipment to ensure that it is in good working order and reports any malfunctions immediately.
• Develop and comply full understanding of all company procedures for Safety, Field Operation and reporting.

Profile
• High School Diploma coupled with a minimum of six months of experience in vehicle preparation and/or inspection.
