NOMINATION FOR ANNUAL OUTSTANDING ONCOLOGY NURSE AWARD
The Annual Outstanding Oncology Nurse Award recognizes a nurse who has been chosen by fellow GVONS members and colleagues as exemplifying excellence in oncology nursing.
ELIGIBILITY:
Nominees of the Annual Outstanding Oncology Nurse Award must be a current member of the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the Genesee Valley Oncology Nursing Society (GVONS) for at least 2 years. Candidates must be currently employed in an oncology nursing role and have a minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience. Members of the GVONS Board of Directors are ineligible for this award. Elected board members include:

The GVONS member nominating the candidate, as well as one colleague who presently works with the nominee, must compete the attached forms. These forms address the nomination criteria listed below.
