Control Panel Instructions.

Regarding the new panels being fitted to the Basic Spa Crest (LX, LXI, SI and Anniversary) and Coastal range please note the following.

When there is a one pump system installed then the four buttons from left to right will read: massage, light, cool and warm.

When 2 pumps (coastal) ora 1 pump and a blower system (King LXI) are installed then the buttons will read from L to R: massage, massage, temp, light.

Temperature settings

On a one pump system use cool and warm to adjust temp.

On a two pump system the temp button is pressed once to make it flash and then by pressing again, it will either go up on every press or go down on every press. If you require the opposite then wait until temp setting stops flashing and repeat, this will take the temp in the opposite direction.

The temperature read out always reverts back to the current temp after adjusting.

Filter cycle

Always check when installing that the filter cycle is set to F2.

To do this, press cool (on 1 pump system) or temp (on a two pump system) then immediately press the massage button to the left of temp/cool.

This will display F followed by either C, 2, 4, 6 or 8, these relate to the number of hours the tub will filter on 2 occasions per day – 12 hours apart.

FC means continual filtration – the spa will run on ½ speed all the time.

When a filter cycle has been adjusted, it may take 24 hours for the change to take effect.

Mode settings

Although the tub is factory set to standard (st) mode (to heat to the temp set by the customer at all times).

Sometimes by mistake, the customer can move the mode to economy (ec) this will only allow the tub to

heat to within 8 degrees of the customers setting, or sleep (sl) this only allows the tub to heat within

20 degrees of the customers setting,

We recommend leaving the tub in standard mode.

If the display is alternating between the temperature read out and either ec or sl then the tub IS NOT in

standard mode.

To return to standard press temp or cool, then light, to move to the next setting, keep doing this until you see st, then leave the tub to reset by allowing it to return to the temperature display screen.
