Connector “High School Prep” Program

The Connector Baseball facility (in conjunction with the WYBSL) is offering 8th and 9th grade players a chance to get their skills ready for the challenges of playing high school baseball.

This program is focused on “Skill Set Refinement”.

Young players have been developing the fundamental skills needed to be a better baseball player. This program will take that skills training a step farther and teach them what they need to know about playing high school baseball. Many players from last year’s W A DCL championship team went through this same program when they were younger. It’s a proven method of preparing players for the very competitive HS baseball environment.

As with all the winter programs offered at the Connector Baseball, hitting will be a big component of the program. There will also be sessions dedicated to improving the players fielding and throwing skills. Defense wins baseball games.

Please read the schedule and program contents below. The program is designed for 12 players. We will have three coaches at each session, so the players will get plenty of hands on training.

If we get enough players to have a second session, we will do that.
