Source of flooding & direction of flood / Culvert draining water towards crossroads alongside Brackley Road by Townend Cottage; Stream crossing Mancetter’s Field, Village Pond.
What is at risk? / Homes, gardens, access routes to village.

Trigger for activity and action to be taken:
Trigger 1:Heavy rain causes culverts, stream, ditches and pond to fill. / Action: Check weather forecasts and flood warnings form Environment Agency and OCC.
Trigger 2:Culverts, ditches, stream and pond busts their banks. / Action: Contact Emergency Coordination Group members to monitor the situation.
Alert residents of vulnerable properties.
Trigger 3: Access routes to village become flooded. /
