COMMERCIAL TALENT WORKSHOP & PHOTOSHOOT

This course is invitation only and you may be required to do further training depending on your skill level.

This workshop has been developed to ensure that everyone registered with RMT Management has the appropriate industry knowledge and skills to gain work.

Modelling is like a sport, there are several different positions on the playing field, all of which require unique talents and physical characteristics. Commercial talent come in all shapes, sizes and ages so if you have been invited to join the agency, we think you have a good look! If you wish to be featured on the RMT website this workshop is compulsory and enables us to get at least 2 professional photographs to get the ball rolling!

Welcome to RMT agency. Registration forms will be filled out and the conditions of registration are discussed. Any questions will be answered and the group will get to know each other with some warm up games and acting exercises.

We inform you of all the in’s and out of the industry and what is expected of you as a representative of RMT Management. We fill in all the registration paperwork and ensure your profile is ready to get up and running.

1100– 1200GENERAL DEPORTMENT & CATWALK Belinda Mackey

Poise and Deportment - You don’t get a second chance at a first impression. Walk into a room with poise and confidence. Learn the basics of catwalk modelling. This session is a chance for you to show us your skills on the catwalk or just to learn how to walk more confidently at a viewing or audition

Learn how to get your best photos from one of Adelaide’s top models Facial expressions and body poses that work for you, and how to relax in front of the camera

1345 - 1400FASHION DO’S AND DONT’S FOR A PHOTOSHOOT Belinda Mackey

We teach you what the best looks are for an agency photo shoot. Sort through your own wardrobe choices and pick the best outfit for the studio shoot. (females to go first so they can head straight into hair and make-up)

1400 – 1600HAIR & MAKE-UP STYLING AND LECTURESue Taylor

We teach you the basics of how to style your own hair and do your own make-up for the various types of showings, photo shoots and commercials you may be required to model for. Please bring along your own make-up to use, so we can instruct you how to replicate your look at home. We ensure you are camera ready and looking your best for the agency photo shoot to follow.

1400 – 1630STUDIO PHOTOSHOOT WITH IMAGESTIX PHOTOGRAPHY

This studio shoot is all about putting your photo posing skills to the test and coming up with an excellent headshot and ¾ length shot for the agency website! Two images from this shoot will be given to the agency to get your portfolio started. Extra photos will be available for purchase directly with the photographer on request.
