Soul Connecting

Working with personal archetypes to integrate the soul’s fragmentsby clearing core traumas*

Ruthie Smith

The fragmentation characteristic oftriggered states, complex trauma and BPD in particular, and the archaic defences distorting development which operate in response to early trauma pose challenges for containment and integration. Trauma work with the (personal) archetypal energies can behelpful in integrating split off aspects, engaging therapist and clients in a fruitful relationship with the psyche and its processes so that ‘difficult’ energies can be worked with in a non-shaming way. By clearing core traumas and integrating these energies, not only is the ego is strengthened but we also have greater access to connecting with our souls. So in addition to reducing triggering and dis-regulated ‘states’ of mind, trauma work with our split off parts helps us connect more fully with the Self and enables us safely to express the multiplicity and wide spectrum of our vibrational frequencies

Part of the day will involve an opportunity to reflect on the role our own personal archetypes play in our lives - Please be prepared to come along and play!

These Energy Therapy Seminars are being held by a group of experienced psychotherapists registered with national accrediting bodies: UKCP, BACP, BPA and British Psychological Society. We have all doneextensive training in the field of energy psychology. These include Advanced Integrative Therapy, Psychoanalytic Energy Psychotherapy, Emotional Freedom Therapy and Thought Field Therapy. We are not a formal organisation but meet on a regular basis and are in supervision (either peer or with another colleague) to develop our work in this relatively new field. We also organise trainings in energy psychology to professional colleagues.
