HamletScene Summary Infographic Guidelines

Step 1: Read and study your assigned Act/Scene(s) and draft a scene summary that summarizes the following details from your section of the play:

Step 5: Have fun! Creatively use images, cartooning, animations, etc. to bring your assigned scene(s) to life! Piktochartallows you to use graphics, images, video clips, music, and many other features to summarize and expand on your topic (your Hamlet scene).

Minimum Requirements for your infographic:

Title with play’s name, Act and Scene(s)

Setting – What is the setting for your assigned scene(s)?

Characters – Which characters are in this scene?

Plot Development – What happens? What do your classmates need to know about this section of the

play?

Themes – What themes are found in this scene(s)? Can you represent them symbolically?

Step 6: Publication: When you have finished your Infographic scene summary, click “Publish” and follow the steps necessary to share a link. You will need to copy/paste the link Piktochart provides you to the Google survey below. It would be wise to copy/paste the URL in a document as well (SAVE the document – back up plan).

Step 7: Last step. Share the link: Your teacher needs to be able to find your Piktochart!
