RRCA Convention Sponsorship Opportunities

October 18th, 2007

DearConvention Sponsor,

The Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), the national association of running clubs, running events and runners dedicated to promoting long distance running, has chosen the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon as the host of its 50th Anniversary Convention! Each year the RRCA chooses a running club or event to host their annual convention. The Flying Pig Marathon is very excited about this opportunity to further showcase Cincinnati and its’ amenities as well as draw in a larger crowd of runners.

The Road Runners Club of America was founded in 1958. It is a nonprofit organization of more than 775 running clubs and events and 180,000 members across the United States. The RRCA members organize races, have training runs, provide safety guidelines, promote children's, elite and masters fitness running programs, and have social programs. Each year the RRCA chooses a running club or event to host their annual convention. The RRCA’s convention will coincide with the Flying Pig Marathon’s 10th Anniversary weekend!

Because of your long and valued commitment to the sport of running, we would like to take this opportunity to extend to you first right of refusal to be a sponsor of the RRCA 50th Anniversary Convention. The following sponsorship opportunities for the 50th Anniversary RRCA Convention are outlined below. The sponsorship of the RRCA may be in addition to your current sponsorship with the RRCA or the Flying Pig Marathon or a customized package may be created to better suit your needs.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Stephanie Mileham at . We look forward to continuing our relationship with you!

Sincerely,

Stephanie
