TERMS

All Paws & Relax (P&R) course fees are inclusive of GST.

CONFIRMATION

P&R will confirm receipt of your registration 7 business days prior to the scheduled date of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted up to 7 business days prior to the scheduled course date. After that day, the full course fee is payable. If you cannot attend the scheduled course P&R would welcome a substitute participant. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the day.

ILLNESS

In the case of non-attendance due to illness, participants may reschedule to a later course at no charge.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

Information collected on this form is used for registration purposes and may be used to distribute information about other P&R activities. Information will not be passed onto a third party.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

If necessary to cancel a course, P&R will make every effort to contact you and no payment will be required. We also reserve the right to adjust costing if required for future courses.
