Dear Manager/Coach;

We are now selecting the field for the 2017 Black Swamp Baseball tournament in Bowling Green, Ohio. Your team has been invited to apply, to play in this year’s tournament. For you to be considered for a spot in this year's tournament,you will need to fill-out the enclosed application, attach your check and send both items to us by the Deadline of Sat. October 15, 2016.

Age Divisions: 11yr.olds, 12 yr.olds, 13 yr.olds & 14 yr.olds

Entry Fee: $460 Check payable to: B.G. Tournament

(Gate fees of $150 can be added to your entry or we will bill you in February 2017)

Tournament Dates: Thursday, June 22 thru Sunday, June 25, 2017

Each age division will have a4to 6 game round robin guarantee.

We will follow the 2017NATIONS Rule book.

This tournament is one of the most respected tournaments in Ohio. We pride ourselves in running a first class, highly competitive tournament and that is what we areworking towards for 2017.

If Selected: (Selecting the field will be done by January15th.)

Once you have sent your application and check to us, we will mail your schedule and other pertinent information to you by March 1, 2017.

In 2017, we will use an “Approved Hotel/Motel List”, and ask that ALL teams stay at those properties. If you stay at a facility other than those on the “approved list”, there will be a “housing fee” of $250, in addition to your entry fee. This helps us support those businesses which help support our tournament. If the Hotels/Motels are full, please E-mail or call me and I will provide you a secondary list. I will enclose the list of approved Hotels/Motels at the time we send you your schedule, rules and other important information.
