PLEASE ENSURE BOOKING FORMS ARE FILLED IN CORRECTLY STATING TOTAL COST AND PAYMENT TYPE. IF YOU ARE PAYING BY VOUCHER PLEASE STATE THE NAME OF THE VOUCHER COMPANY YOU USE, AGAIN IF THIS IS INCOMPLETE THE FORM MAY BE RETURNED TO YOU AND THE DISCOUNT MAY NOT APPLY. ADDITIONAL BOOKINGS MADE REQUIRES FULL PAYMENT AND A SEPERATE BOOKING FORM TO BE COMPLETED, THESE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNT AFTER THE DEADLINE.

Please note that payment is required with the booking in advance of your child attendingthe club so that we can ensure adequate staff ratios for the number of children attending.

For the same reason once your booking is accepted the fee is not refundable for any cancellations made with less than 5 DAYS cancellation notice or for no shows at the club on the day.

Holiday Club is held at: William Westley School,Mill Lane,Whittlesford, Cambs, CB22 4NE.

Sessions are bookable in half day, school day and whole day blocks; fees are:

• Forms should be in a sealed envelope, marked Whittlesford Out of School Club and also marked with the date of application. These should be postedin thepost-box in the WOSC room or emailed through to . You may use one form for more than one child but please ensure this is clearly marked.Please ensure you sign your child in and out of each session as this can save any dispute regarding fees/sessions attended. Sibling discount applies to same session bookings only otherwise full rate applies.

• There will be a maximum of 40 children per session.

• The sessions will run from 08:00 – 13:00,13:00 – 18:00, 08:30 – 15:30 and 08:00 – 18:00 and are held at the school. On trip days during the 6 weeks holiday a full day is the only option available, All staff will be on the trips so Holiday club will not be open to children not wanting to come on the trip.

• There is an early bird discount for bookings received by midnight as shown in the table above. (see front of booking form for deadline date)

• If your child will attend on a day that has an activity that is unsuitable such as face painting and your child has allergies to face paint, you must ensure that we are aware of this.

• All children will need to be registered before they can attend, valid registration forms for existing members are acceptable, new members will need to fill out a form which is available in the wosc room or online at wosclub.co.uk

• There is a MEMBERSHIP FEE of £2.00 for this holiday club.

• If you will be using after school club in term time this fee will also cover you for one term, or if you prefer, a £5.00 fee will cover one year. Membership fee is per FAMILY, existing members do not need to pay again.

• Children will need to be signed in and out of every session they attend.

• Children will need to be provided with a packed lunch if appropriate, the club will provide additional drinks and snacks. (NO NUTS PLEASE)

• In summer (or appropriate weather) please ensure that children have sun hats and sun cream, they will be outside and you never know it may be sunny. We also offer a paddling pool so please pack swimming costumes and a towel. We also go paddling in the river so please bring wellington boots or shoes suitable for the river.

Please don’t be late to pick up your children but if there is a problem please ring the club to let us know and save your child any unnecessary worry. There is a late fee of £5:00 for every 15 minutes after collection time..

PLEASE NOTE ONLY PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 16 CAN COLLECT CHILDREN FROM THE WOSC SETTING. CAN WE ASK THAT ALL ELECTRICAL GADGETS SUCH AS PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS ETC BE LEFT AT HOME.
