An approved IRB (Institutional Review Board) through UTA completed exciting research on Action Learning with Reflection principles leading to Higher Order Thinking skills within Management Students. It was a mixed methodology, quantitative and qualitative, looking at the demonstration of Action Learning in Management Business Process Principles, Business & Society Ethics, and Organizational Behavior classes which led to the demonstration of principles utilizing higher order thinking skills.It is available for presentation with video examples.

- Assisted in fund-raising for 63 water wells for communities without water, India
- Assisted in developing brochures for winter and summer survival kits for poverty villages
- Deployed distribution of more than 1800 rice bags, umbrellas and school supplies to needy families this year.
- Distribution of 500 pairs of Goats & Water Buffalo, as part of Income replacement of bonded child laborers through our Sustainable Farming Projects
- Led audit teams to India to verify teaching procedures, record keeping and general maintenance of schools.
- 1st Medical Clinic in progress with opening in January, 2010, due to Community project in Sulphur Springs, Texas.
