All of our companion puppies are sold on CKC non-breeding contracts and they must be spayed/neutered at 2 years old ______

For optimum health of our puppies, we have some general guidelines for exercise, nutrition, weight management, vet visitsand general care of our puppies. Once we have an opportunity to discuss our philosophy with you, are you prepared to care for your puppy as recommended?

We require all puppies to have their hips and elbows x-rayed by 2 years old andthose x-rays sent to OFA. Once you receive the results, we require a copy of the certificates. Are you prepared to comply with this request? ____

Once you take home a BernEden puppy, you are part of our extended dog family and as your breeder, we are always available to assist you with any issues, concerns or provide advice regarding the welfare of your puppy. We would like all owners to keep in touch with us and send us updates and progress on their dog throughout the dog’s entire life. Would you be prepared to do this? _____
