materialsinroadandbuildingworks,handlingand usingofsimplesurveyingtools,arranging ofbricksinmasonrywork,mixingofcement/sand/watertomakemortar,paintingofold buildingsurfaces,andothers.

Thecoursewillbeconductedthroughalecturesbutmainlybypracticalworkin workshops/laboratories andonsites.

ModeofAssessment

Assessment will be based on super‐vision (Academic and Field supervisor), inspection and a technicalreportcompiledby thestudent.TheAcademicandfieldsupervisorassessmentswillcarrya totalof70%andthefinalreportwillcarry30%ofthefinalgrademark.
