Call to Order: Liz O’Gara called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon at the Cottonwood Grille. Lunch was served before the meeting business took place.
Liz thanked the board for all their help this year and introduced Amy Rustad as the incoming Vice President.
Secretary’s Report
Gail Inch (Secretary): Liz O’Gara presented the minutes from the May 1st Board meeting for approval.
Action: Cyndi Eloyfson moved that we approve the May 1st minutes. Dee Koeger seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
Anne Kreder (Treasurer): Liz O’Gara briefly discussed the not yet finalized accounting for the on-line auction and let the board know that a final accounting will be coming via email before the end of the school year.
Principal’s Report
Amy Kohlmeier (Principal): Amy Kohlmeierkindly thanked the board for a great year.
Committee Reports
Liz O’Gara/Jennifer Jones (Communications): Liz O’Gara reported that the new website is 99% complete. Jennifer Jones has updated the language and brought new elements to the website that will hopefully engage a broader audience in the community and be more current. Liz went on to say that the new website also has a calendar function including all Brave Parent activities. All past Brave Weekly’s will be available on the new site as well. The site will be launched very soon.

Gail Inch (Secretary): On behalf of the entire Brave Parent Board, Gail thanked Liz for her two years serving as President and presented Liz with a gift certificate to Edwards Greenhouse.
Amy Kohlmeier (Principal): Amy thanked the board once again and presented a delicious gift of chocolateto each board member.
