Roundtrip transport from the Mondavi Center on the UC Davis campus to the tour venues will be on a 47 passenger Amador Coach bus, which is air conditioned and is equipped with reclining seats and a rest room.

To participate in all parts of these tours require a considerable amount of walking and some stair climbing. Summer weather in the Napa Valley generally is cooler than Davis, and wine cellars can be chilly. We suggest that you wear comfortable shoes and bring a sweater. The wineries do not consider these tours to be suitable for children, and wine tasting is limited by California law to those 21 and older. ASV’03 is not able to provide child care services.

The ASV’03 insurance conditions do not cover non-UC Davis employees for travel off the UC Davis campus. Therefore, you will be asked to sign a waiver form at the beginning of the tour, before you board the bus.

Participation is limited to 40. Tour minimum is 25.
