Each TCF is unique accordingly there is no fixed structure or mandated set of contents. The following checklist identifies Information which is frequently required within a TCF. The use of this list is not mandatory but may assist in readily identifying required elements. You are encouraged to provide and electronic TCF with a clear index structure and technical justification for the compliance strategy.
