1.0 NSLDS Unusual Working HoursExtract File Layout (SECWH1)

The Unusual Working Hours Report (SECWH1) providesED and the PDPA a list of the organization’s NSLDS online users who logged on the NSLDSFAP Web site at times specified in the request parameters. Intended to provide information on users who access NSLDS outside normal working hours, any time period from 00:00 to 23:59 in a 24 hour period (using the central time zone) can be designated. Sort options include User ID, Work Date, and Last Name/First Name.

This section contains extract file layouts that list the header, details, and trailer records for the extract version of the report. Each online extract request is used to generate one header record, one or more detail records, and one trailer record. Each record layout table contains the position, the data element name, description, field format, and length.
