Entry fees may be paid by cash or cheque. Payments by cash can be made either at the tournament or in person to John Callcut prior to the tournament. Payments by cheque can be made either by post or at the tournament, made payable to GTTA. All entry fees should be settled prior to your first game.

The centre is booked until 8.00 pm on the Saturday and 7.00 pm on the Sunday but we will try to finish before then.
Event specific Information
Start Times: Start times will be advised once all entries have been received.
Seedings: The top eight players in the averages on the entry closing date will be seeded and will not be eligible to play in the divisional singles.
Veteran Events: All participants in the Veterans events should have been born before 01/01/1978.
Masters Events: All participants in the Masters events should have been born before 01/01/1957.
Doubles Events: If you wish to enter a doubles event but have no partner then please enter “Partner required” in the “Partners Name” field of the table. Forms left blank cannot be accepted.
Consolation Event: If time permits, a consolation event will be held for all players who do not progress from their Open singles groups.
Etiquette: All players will be expected to assist with umpiring to ensure the smooth running of the tournament. All losing players to volunteer to umpire. Players arriving late for any event may be scratched from that event at the discretion of the tournament referee.
