CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order @ 5:30 P.M. Sherry Bryant made a motion to nominate Jerry White Protemp Chairman. Steve Pyatt seconded. Motion carried by roll call vote.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

There were no Minutes from the September meeting. No Quorum.

Staff recommended against. Crematories are not allowed unless they are with a Cemetery. Several citizens spoke regarding g their concerns and opposing the project. Steve Pyatt made a motion to deny. Sherry Bryant seconded. Motion carried by roll call vote.

Several people were present to oppose the Assisted Living Facility for various reasons; security, septic, property values and several other reasons. Steve Pyatt made a motion to deny the request at this time until the presenter can provide the BZA with more adequate information. Carl Wright seconded. Motion carried by roll call vote.
