Exam Procedure

Dear Student,

This mail shall help you to understand examination procedures and schedule to be implemented with immediate effect,the exam schedule is designed by taking into consideration students flexibility & maintain discipline towards exams.

All the Semesters of examinations shall be conducted as per the following schedule only,

To appear for examinations student will have to choose any one of the following dates.

1) 1st to 10th January, 11th to 20th January & 21st to 30th January (Last date of January Session form submission is 31thof October)

2) 1 to 10 April, 11 to 20th April & 21 April to 30 April (Last date of April Session form submission is31thof January)

3) 1 to 10 July, 11 July to 20th July & 21 July to 30 July(Last date of July session form submission is 30thof April)

4) 1 to 10 October, 11 to 20th October & 21 to 30 October (Last date of October session form submission is 31thof July) so on and so forth.

Exam demand form is acceptable only as per the schedule mentioned above. If you fail to send your request on time then you will be liable to send your exam demand form for next session,

Students should send exam demand form on and not on any other email-ids, not to any branches or counselors, this is to avoid miscommunications or delay in reply.

Student will have to submit exam demand form for each and every semester.

For submitting examination request, student will have to confirm the date for examination at least 60 days in advance from particular session ,(for instance to appear for January 2012 submit exam demand form on or before 31th October 2011).

After receiving question papers student will have to attempt the papers within stipulated time (i.e. 10days); for late submission student shall be liable to submit Rs.200/- per day as delay charges for a maximum period of eight days. Student can dispatch their answer sheets on or before 10th Day of paper submission so accordingly we will receive it on 11/12/13th Day & same with late day submission that is on or before 18h Day with delay charges.

The examination shall stand cancelled if the answer sheets are not received to the head office upto eight extra days time. Subsequently, student will have to apply for re-examination. The re-examination charges shall be Rs. 500/- per subject and the delay charge of Rs.1600/- shall also be charged, (for example re-examination of three subjects fees to be paid will be: 1600+ 500 x 3=3100).

The examination application form is available with the branches and should be submitted on only & answer sheets should be dispatched to only Mumbai Office with Question Papers ( Answer Sheets submitted to any Branches would not be evaluated at any circumstances).

Student has to email courier details of handwritten answer sheets along with the question papers dispatched immediately on ; we will not accept any verbal communication for same.

If any student has to apply for Revaluation of subject then they have to apply within 25 days after result is declared, if student fails to do so then that desired subject will not be revaluated; if student has not applied for revaluation within 25 working days after declaration of result then we will consider the same result declared or they can go for re-exam but not for re-evaluation(Revaluation Fees for each subject: Rs.500/-)

Incase of loss or damage of certificate/ marksheet, student can send a request on for duplicate certificate/marksheet. The charges for duplicate certificate/marksheet will be Rs1990/- and the same would be issued within 45 working days from the date of confirmation

After completion of the course duration,student will be eligible to pay course extension charges to extend course for next 1 year as fees mentioned in prospectus are valid up tocertain period. The charges would be Rs.1990 in case of DBM/Advance Diploma & Rs.5990/- in case of all courses mentioned in prospectus other then DBM/Advance Diploma

Kindly make a note of above mentioned charges, so that you can avoid paying extra charges.
