All Sports Advisory CommitteesDue:September 17, 2012 by 5:00pm

Members of the FHSAA Advisory Committees are coaches who have been elected by their peers – two from each of the four administrative sections – and the FACA State Chairperson(s). The committees meet annually to review the FHSAA sports program and make recommendations for changes to the program.

I have read the above description of the mission of the FHSAA Sports Advisory Committee and therefore wish to have my name added to the ballot. In doing so, I am stating that I will represent the coaches for the betterment of the program. I will refrain from attempting to gain an advantage for my program and will share information received with coaches, whom I represent, for their input.

Additionally, I understand the requirements of traveling to the designated location for the annual meeting, for which I will be reimbursed by the FHSAA for approved expenses.

As the principal, I fully endorse my coach’s desire to be placed on the ballot for the advisory committee. If he / she is elected, I endorse his / her attendance and role in representing this administrative section.
