GUIDANCE

Any Sophomore or Junior interested in learning more about the United Sates Naval Academy, please come to the Guidance Center.

Information about becoming an Explorer with the Phillies to learn about a career in the sports industry and with the Amtrak Policeto learn about their workis available in the Guidance Center. Both opportunities are available to all students.

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS

Diploma Verification Formswere mailed to all Senior parents/guardians and students last week. This form is extremely important in the processing of the senior diplomas. Please ensure that the form is returned to the Student Affairs Office.

COMMUNITY SERVICE CORPS

Community Service Corps - will be having a meeting for anyone interested in the EXTRA LIFE Fundraiser for CHOP todayin room 12 after8th period.

ROMAN RESERVES

The Roman Reserves, a school group that supports our military, has received approval to march in Philadelphia's first ever Veteran's Day parade onSunday, Nov. 8th. If you come from a military family or simply are a student who wants to thank a veteran, please pick up an information flyer in the student affairs office. Always remember that you live in the land of the free because of the brave. Pray for peace.

RCHS/HALLAHAN MIXER

Roman Catholic and John W. Hallahan High Schools will sponsor a Mixer tomorrow at 7:00 PMat Hallahan. Admission is $10. Information/permission forms are available in the Student Affairs Office. Forms must be completed and tickets purchased today.

STAR WARS DAY T-SHIRT SALE

Star Wars Day at Roman T-Shirts are now on sale. Order forms can be picked up in the Student Affairs Office or the School Store. All orders and money are to be returned to the School Store. T-Shirts are $10 which also covers the cost of the dress down day onDecember 18th. All shirts will be pre-order only, and orders will only be taken untilNovember 15th.

ASPIRA will hold a meeting today after school in Room 41.

ROMAN RUN

The Roman Run will take place on November 15, 2015. Students can now register for $20. You can register online at:

Any student who registers and competes in the 2015 Roman Run will be entered in a drawingon Mondayfollowing the Run for latest pair of NIKEKD'sor NIKE ID shoe of equal value sponsored by the Alumni and Development Office.

CHESS CLUB

The next Chess Club meeting will be held tomorrow in the Information Center at 2:45 PM.

SOCCER SEMI-FINAL

Soccer will compete in the Semi-finals today against LaSalle at 5:00 PM at Archbishop Ryan. ($5 admission)

FOOTBALL

Varsity football game this Saturday 10/31 is changed to a 2:00pm (not 7:00pm) at Plymouth Whitemarsh against St. Joseph Prep.

TENNIS

Any freshman or upperclassman that would like to play tennis for Roman should come to a brief meeting todayafter 8th period in Room 61. This meeting does not include returning players from last year. Tennis plays in the spring but this is a preliminary meeting to see who is interested.

VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball will be holding open gym today after school from3:30to5:30 pm. Anyone interested is welcome to come. No experience required. Hope to see you there.

TECHNOLOGY CLUB

The Technology Club will meet after school in the library onMonday, Nov. 2. All are welcome.

ITALIAN CLUB

The Italian Club will hold a meeting tomorrow in Room 52 immediately after 8th period. New members are welcome. You don’t have to take Italian to join. All are welcome.

MINISTRY

Mass or a Communion Prayer Service will be celebrated in the school chapel at thebeginning of 5th periodduring the week. Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays there will be Mass. Tuesdays and Wednesdays there will be a Communion Prayer Service. Anyone available at this time is welcome to attend.

ROOM CHANGES

Dr. Bell- 1st period to the cafeteria, 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th period to the library.

Mr. Pensabene- 1st period to the cafeteria, all other classes report to the class.

Mr. Wayock- 7th to class, 8th period dismissed with assignment in Academic Affairs.

Mr. Coyle- 1st period to the cafeteria, 3rd, 4th and 5th period to the library, 8th period dismissed with assignment.

Mr. McAndrew- 1st period to the cafeteria, 3rd period to the gym, 4th period to the class, 5th period to the library, 8th period dismissed with assignment.

Mr. Cameron- 2nd period to the cafeteria, 3rd period to the gym, 6th and 7th period to the library, 8th period dismissed.
