A.Prior to Placement on PDR:

  1. Unsatisfactory or incomplete PDR – formal letter indicating unsatisfactory performance and one of the following (require prior approval by the DIO):
  1. Placement on a second PDR period
  2. Disciplinary action including but not limited to probation, suspension, or dismissal
  3. Non-reappointment

E.Outcome of PDR:

All of the PDR essentials outlined above have been completed as documented.
