Use the following short videos and tips to help families practice necessary literacy skills at home with their kids. Each video provides an example on how families can help their child learn a literacy skill. The videos target specific literacy skills for children in K-1.

  • We recommend that the videos and tips shared with families align with the skills the child needs to improve so it becomes relevant to their learning.
  • You can cut and paste the suggested text into Class Dojo, use messenger in Infinite Campus, send it out through Twitter or paste the information into your newsletter. We suggest that you send no more than one or two tips per month.
  • Make the language your own!
