Subject: “Heroin” use by both the Negro and European Americans. For the Negro, the reason is “M.A.P.”

Dear Dr. Karen Hacker

Rev. Roger Wendell Baker, a Negro Liberation-Theologian, write this letter through the power of God the Holy Spirit by orders of God the Son (the Lord Jesus Christ) who is King of kings, Lord of lords, Bright and Morning Star who died on the Cross (Good Friday) for the “sins” of the entire human-race (past, present, future); and God the Father “resurrected” Him on Easter Morning to deliver “our-soul” from Satan’s (the devil) “regime” through “Faith alone, in the Lord Jesus Christ alone.” There is absolutely no other way!

Protocol

“When the ominous clouds of uncertainty obscure our path,

The Word of God pierces the darkness and illumines our way.”

(Divine Guidance, by R.B. Thieme, inside front cover)

THEWORDOFGOD is alive and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of the “soul and spirit,” and of the joints and the marrow, and is a critic of thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

All Scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness; that the man/woman of God might be mature, and thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

The Bible is the explanation of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God Almighty (Revelation 1:8), and the giver of His “Divine Decree.” His divine decree is “His eternal, holy, wise, and sovereign purpose, comprehending simultaneously all things that ever were or will be in their causes, courses, conditions, successions, and relations and determining their certain futurition.” (The Integrity of God, by R.B. Thieme, Jr. p. 297)

Robert B. Thieme, Jr.

“Robert B. Thieme, Jr., is a significant voice of Christianity throughout the world. His diligent, expository teaching is based on the original languages of Scripture in light of the historical context in which the Bible was written.” “Thieme has recorded more than eleven thousands hours of lectures and written more than one hundred books covering much of the Bible verse-by-verse.” (You may order his materialfree of charge:

on Doctrinal Bible Studies; you have connected to R.B. Thieme web-site.)

His book “The Integrity of God” is a composite of the “lectures and writings.” The overview is written on the rear cover, which isquoted in its entirety:

“The Integrity of God assures humankind that absolute trust in perfect God is always well-placed. The unbending strength of God’s essence is fully behind everything He does or sponsors. All the attributes of His essence form one consistent, indivisible whole—His total person—and each attribute works together in complete harmony for the ultimate good of the believer.”

“God has always possessed integrity as part of His eternal, infinite, perfect essence. The integrity of God is composed of two divine attributes---perfect righteousness and absolute justice. Divine integrity coordinates with divine love; together they form one perfect, inviolable system through which God deals with the human race in grace. Grace is the expression of God’s love and integrity and the uncompromising policy of His justice. Divine integrity ensures that the God of love and grace is neither sentimental nor partial nor indecisive toward anyone.”

“The Integrity of God defines God’s integrity and how it operates in behalf of all Christians, from our salvation to our spiritual life to our rewards in heaven. Understanding this biblical doctrine clarifies the purpose of our lives and explains our magnificent relationship with the God of righteousness and justice.”

TheEssenceoftheTrinity – Godhead

God is a triune being: God the Father; God the Son (Lord Jesus Christ); and God the Holy Spirit. They are the oneness or unity of the Godhead. “The unity of the Trinity is defined as the three persons having one divine essence. Essence is the essential being or nature of a person, what that person is. Each member of the Godhead is a joint partaker of the same essence, the same majesty, and the same eternal glory. They are coeternal, coequal, andco-infinite. Each person of the Godhead has identical and identifiable attributes which are those intrinsic qualities which compose the essence of each member of the Godhead – Trinity.

The attributes of the Godhead follow: 1) Sovereignty; 2) Righteousness; 3) Justice; 4) Love; 5) EternalLife; 6) Omnipotence; 7) Omnipresence; 8) Omniscience; 9) Immutability; and 10) Veracity (The Trinity, by R.B. Thieme, Jr.). You may reach R. B. Thieme, Jr. website through: under Mission of ‘andstep,’click Doctrinal Bible Studies.

Hebrews 1:3a, says, “The Son [Lord Jesus Christ] is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being…” The footnote to this scripture says, “As the brilliance of the sun is inseparable from the sun itself, so the Son’s radiance is inseparable from His deity, for He Himself is God, the second person of the Trinity (John 1:14, 18).” (NIV Study Bile, p. 1859, © 1985)

In addressing the SupremacyofChrist, the letter to the Colossians 1:16ff says, “He is the image of theinvisible God (the Father of the Trinity), the first born over all creation. For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities. All things were created by Him and for Him.”

TheCreationofSatan

Satan and all angels were created by the Lord Jesus Christ to worship Him only:

How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, Son of the dawn!

You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the

Nations! You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven;

I will raise my throne above the stars of God, I will sit enthroned

On the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred

Mountain. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds;

I will make myself like the Most High. But you are brought down

To the grave, to the depths of the pit. (Isaiah 14:13ff)

In the Book of Ezekiel 28:12-15, TheSovereign Lord describe Satan at creation:

You were a model of perfection full of wisdom and perfect in

Beauty. You were in Eden, every precious stone adorned you:

Ruby, topaz and emerald, chrysolite, onyx and jasper, sapphire,

Turquoise and beryl. Your settings and mountings were made

Ofgold; on the day you were created they were prepared.

You were anointed as a guardian cherub, for so I ordained you.

You were on the holy mount of God; you walked among the

Fiery stones. You were blameless in your ways from the day

You were created till wickedness was found in you.

To get a real understanding of Satan (accuser, adversary, tempter, Lucifer, devil, father of lies) and his method of operation, you must read the Book of Job chapters one and two. Satan is “incapable of contending with God hand to hand, power pitted against power. He is bent on frustratingGod’s enterprise embodied in the creation and centered on the God-humanity relationship.” As tempter he seeks to alienate humanity from God (Geneses 3; Matthew 4:1). Satan also “seeks to alienate God from humanity (Zechariah 3:1; Revelation 12:9-10) His all-consuming purpose is to drive an irremovable wedge between God and humanity, to effect an alienation that cannot be reconciled.” (The NIV Study Bible, Zondervan, p. 732, © 1985)

3

Paul says in Ephesians 6:12, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” (NIV)

TheCreationofMan

Man (AdamandEve, the Book of Genesis 2-3) was created to resolve the angelic conflict. Satan and the fallen angels were condemned to spend eternity in the “Lakeoffire” (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:10). “Satan appealed the sentence, claiming unfairness—questioning how a loving God could cast His creatures into hell.” “Human volition is the focal point of the firestorm.” (The Angelic Conflict, by R.B. Thieme, Jr. p. rear cover)

“Demonism blinds unbelievers to the Gospel, distracts believers from the spiritual life, and threatens nations with divine judgment.” (Satan and Demonism, Thieme, Jr. p. rear cover) It is imperative as Christians that we understand this spiritual warfare. Through Doctrinal Bible Study, “Do your best to win God’s approval asa worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed and who teaches only the true message.” (2 Timothy 2:15, Holy Bible, CEV1995) A misguided Christian is a dangerous Christian.

Baker’scall/appointment/senttoDuty

I can identify with Jeremiah’s complaint in chapter 20:7-18. In verse 9when he says, “But if I say, ‘I will not mention Him (The Lord Christ) or speak any more in His name,’ His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.” Because of insidiouscunning and concentrated assaults by “White American” supremacist on the “least of these, there is a spiritualindictment on the American Government.

Like Jeremiah the Prophet/Priest, the Lord has “hurled” me into this hostile world to announce “divinejudgment” for its sins. His call is in me saying, “Before I (Lord Jesus Christ, God Almighty) formed you (Roger W. Baker) in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the Nations…” “Now, I have put My words in your mouth. See, today I appoint you over Nations and Kingdoms to up-root and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:4-10; NIV).

The Spirit of the Lord also came to me and said:

Roger W. Baker, I am sending you to the American Government,

My ClientNation, to a rebellious Nation that has rebelled against

Me. The people to whom I am sending you are obstinate and

Stubborn. Say to them, ‘This is what the SOVEREIGNLORD says.”

And whether they listen or fail to listen – for they are a rebellious

house. And you [Roger W. Baker], do not be afraid of them or

their words, you must speak My words to them. Listen to what

I say to you! Open your mouth and eat what I give you!

(Ezekiel 2:3-8)

My (Lord Jesus) word that goes out from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it (Isaiah 55:11).

Itstartedin1619

Unless you know where you came from, you will never know where you are going. Let’s refresh our memory; in 1619, three things happened in the Virginia colony that had a major impact on the British in America:

  1. The arrival of 90women, who became the brides of settlers who paid for their passage at a cost of 120 pounds of tobacco each.
  2. The meeting of the legislative body of colonist on the continent, known as the House of Burgesses; it met for about a week, passed laws against gambling and idleness, and decreed all colonists must attend two “church” services each Sunday…
  3. The arrival of a Dutch ship with 20humanbeings from Africa to work in the tobacco fields. The British could not adjust to the “heat and hash labor.”

The Africanslaves in the tobacco fields proved successful and more slaves were imported. Both the Southern colony (the field negro-slave) and Northern colony (domestic African American servants) practiced slavery.

  1. In1662, Virginia passed a law that automatically made slaves of slaves children.
  2. In1664, Maryland’s assembly declared that all black people in the colony were slaves

forlife, whether they converted to Christianity or not.

  1. In1684, NewYork’s legislators recognized slavery as a legitimate practice.

By 1708, there were over 12,000slaves in America. When the slave girl bleed, she had to breed at age 10, 11, 12 with whomever the slave master appointed; even himself was a candidate for breeding. (Wiegand, Steve: U.S. History For Dummies, p.46-47, 2009.)

ThaddeusStevens in September 1833 was elected to Pennsylvania House of Representative. He was a “crusader for universal education.” Under Governor George Wolf, in April 1834, Stevens “guided through legislature an Act to allow districts across the state to vote on whether to have publicschools and the taxes to pay for them.” He stated “that it would actually save money; and that the opponents were seeking to separate the poor into a lower

7

caste than themselves, and accused the rich of greed and failure to empathize with the poor.” He argued, “Build not your monuments on brass or marble, but make them of ever-livingmind!” Education for all was victoriouslypassed. (Wikipedia, p. 5-6)
