Please note:
  • On a 7 day safari (2 x 1) there is only 1 buffalo permit available per hunter.
  • On a 7 day (1 x 1) basis a 2nd buffalo will be available, subject to quota availability.
  • On a 10 day safari, clients may hunt 2 buffalo each, subject to quota availability.

DAILY RATES INCLUDE

  • All camp accommodation during the safari.Note hunt starts the day of arrival in camp and ends with last hunting day. Arrival and departure the day before and day after is surcharged at 30% of daily rare for hunters and full payment for observers.
  • The services of professional hunters as specified and complete safari staff including gun bearers, trackers, skinners, cooks, tent assistants and waiters.
  • One modern 4-wheel drive hunting vehicle per professional hunting team. Each vehicle is equipped with a winch, comprehensive set of tools and spares etc.
  • The provision of all camp equipment including spacious mosquito-proof tents, specially designed safari beds, comfortable mattresses, camp furniture, linen, water-filters, generators (which can be used to recharge video camera batteries), fridges, deep freezers etc.
  • Finest quality food, fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. Special dietary requirements will be catered for as far as possible.
  • Imported and domestic normal consumption of alcoholic beverages, bottled water and soft drinks (Note: Diet sodas are in short supply).
  • Comprehensive first-aid kits in all vehicles and camps.
  • Daily laundry in camp.

DAILY RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

  • Charter flights between Nairobi and Arusha if required.
  • Charters, other flights or road transfers.
  • Rifle Import Permit @ $275 per gun
  • International airline flights to Arusha or Dar-es-Salaam and return, visas, airport tax.
  • Air charter from Arusha or Dar-es-Salaam to camp, at the start of the safari, between camps during the safari for specified camp changes and return to Arusha or Dar-es-Salaam at the end of the safari.
  • Trophy transportation / processing / packing / dipping / handling documentation, ready for export. Airfreight costs of trophies from Kilimanjaro airport or Dar-es-Salaam to final destination.
  • Tanzania government game fees, conservation fees, concession fee, trophy export permit fee, import duty on ammunition, firearms permits, National Park fees. Details as per price list.
  • Hotel expenses before or after or during the contracted period of the Safari.
  • Firearms and ammunition are available for hire, on request.
  • Compulsory Medical Evacuation Insurance @ a fee of $125/ hunter and $125 / observer.
  • Gratuities for camp staff. Recommended @ $100 per day per camp / client. (Hunting vehicle team $150 / member Total for the Hunt)
  • Freight charges on any personal effects from Arusha to final destination.
  • Nairobi transfer and handling fees on arrival and departure if routing through Kenya. SQ
  • Any special dietary requirements not locally available in Tanzania
  • The night of arrival in camp, if not a hunting day, will be charged at observer rates.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

A deposit of 50% of the total daily rate is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 70 days prior to the commencement of the safari. We will forward a detailed summary of our terms and conditions to you with your Safari Contract, when confirming your booking, or on request. Note: Prices are subject to change without notice.

LIABILITY

Hunting is a sport that involves risks. Big game hunting can be dangerous. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, the company accepts no responsibility for any accident, injury or illness incurred during or arising from any safari or loss or damage of client’s property during the safari. The company accepts no responsibility for changes of any government fees or policies; however, in the unlikely event of any sudden changes every endeavour will be made to notify you of these changes. No guarantees are made for any animal not obtained during the hunt as the principles of fair chase are strictly adhered to, ensuring your hunt is sporting and challenging.

RISK

The Company draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent risks involved in participating in the type of trips sold by the Company and that you accept them at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to take all appropriate medical advice prior to departure as to whether you are fit enough to undertake the trip booked. The Company shall not be liable for illness, injury or death sustained on a programme sold by the Company which is not due to the gross negligence of the Company, its officers, employees, authorized representatives or agents whomsoever.
