CMP MEETING WAS HELD ON 30.8.11

1)Class may be taken as per split of syllabus.

2) Library record may be maintained by the teachers.

3)TLM should be used as per activities.

4)FA2 slip is to be completed as per instruction of Examination dept.

5)SA1 ouestion paper is to be prepared on schedule date.

6)More stress may be given on spoken English.

7)Lunch duty may be done sincerely.

8)Revision work may be started on the first week of September.

9)Practice of oral communication /reading & speaking should be taken seriously.

10)Importance may be given to maintain discipline in school.

1)All class of display board are to be arranged by the students.

2) Teaching may be according as per split of syllabus .

3) Library book of each classes has been distribution register of library record may be maintained by the teachers.

4)More stress may be given on reading, speaking, and oral communication in the class.

5)TLM should be used by the teacher.

6)FA1 exam. Was held and correction of copies of all classes may be submitted as per schulde date.

7)More emphasis of spoken English is to be given among the children.

8)Children of each houses are to be prepared for assembly by each house master &associate.

1ST OUARTERLY CLUSTER LEVEL MEETING WAS HELD ON 18.7.11 AT KV MUGAL SARAI

1)Principal of kv Mugal Sarai stressed that teaching should be in natural way.

2)He suggested that mostly oral test should be conducted in class I.

3)Advised the teachers to emphasizes ‘VARNMALA’to improve hand writing.

4)He desired that simpliest way of teaching should be used in the class.

1)Evaluation of holiday homework to be done at the earliest and record the marks.

2) Complete the syllabus as per split up and look into the KV sangathan website for syllabus in circulars academics.

3)Check out the competencies and the distribution of marks from the examination dept. before making the question paper for FA1.

4)Maintain library register for each class.

5)Look into the get up of each child and check the uniform.

6)Encourage the children to speak English.
