a) / The Provisions laid down in the “Public Procurement Regulation-2008” & PPA (2nd Revision) 2009 & PW2 for Procurements of works will be binding upon the contractors.
b) / The work may be Totally dropped. Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.
c) / The work order will be issued only when the required budget for this work will be received for which no claim by the Contractor will be entertained.
d) / If the tender submission in not possible on the last date fixed in the notice due to the unavoidable circumstances the tender submission date will automatically shifted to the next working day with same time schedule.
e) / The completion certificate will be treated as experience certificate of the tenderers for the executed work.
f) / In case of credit certificate from bank specific package number & name of the work must be shown in the certificate.
g) / Other agency of the Govt. will have the authority to supervise the work for both quality & quantity in addition to BWDB, officials as per instruction given by MOWR / BWDB.
h) / The tenderers have to produce one more copy of the tender document in addition to the Original & than one should be marked as “Original” and the other copy marked as “Copy” are to be submitted in speared envelope. All the tender document to be inserted in 1 (one) single envelope
