What is EPIC Elevate?

Elevate is EPIC’s annual client meeting, designed to provide our client management, business development, and relationship management teams with new ideas to improve their practices and personal skills. Along with the opportunity to become more familiar with EPIC's resources and tools, attendees learn about new products and enhancements, share sales strategies with associates from other institutions, and a lot more. EPIC Elevate was called the Sales Users Group (SUG) in prior years.

When is EPIC Elevate2018?

Sunday June 10th – Tuesday June 12th. (Concludes at 12:00 pmEST on June 12,2018)

Where is 2018 EPIC Elevate?

EPIC Elevate will be held at the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in the Atlanta, GA area.(

What are the recommended arrival and departure times?

Travel between the resort andAtlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is approximately 50-60 minutes, but can vary significantly based on traffic. Exact activity times will be available during the registration process.

  • Sunday, June 10 Arrival: Sunday afternoon activities begin around Noon - 2:00pm ET. If you are looking to partake in activities before dinner we recommend you arrive at the event site by Noon ET, but no later than2:00 pm ET. Otherwise, arrival at the hotelby 5:00 pm ET is recommended to attend the evening meal and activities.
  • Tuesday, June 12 Departure: the meeting will conclude by 12:00 pm ET on June 12.
  • Hotel Check in/Check out: Check-in is available after 3:00pm ET. If arriving prior to 3:00pm you will be accommodated as rooms are available or the valet can check your baggage. Check out is 11:00 pm ET.

What is the cancellation policy?

No cancellation fee will be applied if notification of cancellation is received on or prior to 5/4/2018. After 5/4/2018, registrants may send an alternate or a cancellation fee equal to EPIC’s cost may be charged (approximately $650). Information regarding the alternate attendee must be received 10 business days prior to event.

What is our Guest policy?

Please note, wedo not encourage or publicizea guest policy. However if someone wants to bring a guest, keep the following in mind:

  • One adult guest may attend Sunday (afternoon and evening) and Monday (evening only) activities at an additional cost equal to the event costs. Costs: approximately $75 - $100 per meal and $100 per Sunday activity.
  • Payment will be due with event registration by 5/1/2018. If the adult guest cancels after 5/4/2018, no refund will be issued as per the cancellation policy above.
  • Children are discouraged from attending due to the non-family nature of the activities.

What do clients and sponsors pay?

EPIC and our vendor sponsors cover costs for client hotel rooms (June 10 and June 11), meals, meeting sessions, speakers, materials, and events.

Clients are responsible for:

  • All room charges other than the nightly rate on June 10 and June 11. All charges, including the nightly rate for early arrival or late stay.
  • Guest meals and activities.
  • Air/ground transportation to/from Chateau Elan.
  • Meal expenses before the June 10 evening dinner and after the meetings conclude on June 12. At this time, we will not provide lunch on June 12.

Sponsors are responsible for:

  • Sponsorship fees – see below.
  • All room charges including the nightly rate, taxes and resort fees. Specific amounts will available during registration.
  • Guest meals and activities.
  • Air/ground transportation to/from Chateau Elan.

Can clients, sponsors, or staff arrive early or stay late?

Yes. Anyone attending EPIC Elevatemay request room reservations for 3 days pre and post conferenceat the meeting room rate, plus taxes and resort fees (specific amounts will available during registration). However, please note space is already limited on those dates.

Can I ship materials to the hotel?

Yes. Dates and shipping information will be announced with the registration materials.

What are the sponsorship levels and benefits to sponsoring organizations?

2018 EPIC Elevate is the 11th annual client meeting for our bank,trust, TPA,and advisor clients. The meeting is designed to provide our client management, business development, and relationship management teams with new sales and relationship management ideas, meet industry experts, share strategies with associates from other institutions, and a lot more. Last year, approximately 65clients attended the event.

Sponsoring firms interact with our clients during all meals, meetings, and activities. The event is intentionally small and intimate so sponsors can meet and talk to our clients one on one. There are three levels of sponsorship: Platinum $10,000; Gold $7,000 or Silver $4,000. All sponsors will be introduced to the attendees, your firm's name and logo will be prominent on meeting materials and signage, and we'll provide space for you to distribute marketing information. Additional benefits are shown below:

Platinum Sponsors may provide a speaker or introduce a session and provide a brief overview of their firm and products. Gold and Silver sponsors may provide a speaker if open sessions are available. Speaking sessions are non-product sessions providing value-added information on a topic that is relevant to our audience and must be pre-approved and arranged with EPIC. Session topics may be related to retirement industry topics, business development, service, practice management, personal improvement, motivational, etc.

What Information is needed from Sponsors?

  • Firm name as it should appear in the program
  • Logo (.eps format or high resolution .jpeg)
  • 3-4 sentence description of your firm
  • Sponsorship levels determine the number of sponsor attendees included in their fee. Platinum – 3 representatives, Gold – 2 representatives, and Silver – 1 representative. Additional sponsor attendees will be assessed an additional fee of $650 for each additional attendee.
  • Invoices will besent automatically to sponsors and all funds must be received prior to the event. Sponsors may send a check or pay by credit card at the hotel.
