ALSO PLEASE NOTE AGE/WEIGHT GROUP WILL BE MERGED TOGETHER WITH HIGHER OR LOWER AGE/WEIGHT GROUP IF NUMBER OF COMPETITORS IS LESS THEN FOUR IN ONE AGE/WEIGHT GROUP.SIMILARLY IF IN ONE WEIGHT GROUP/AGE GROUP MORE THEN 16 COMPETETORS TWO 1ST PLACE, TWO 2ND PLACE FOUR 3RD PLACE WILL BE GIVEN
08.Accommodation / : / Ordinary Dormitory accommodation to be provided free of cost for Out Station Teams or Candidate (Beyond 30 km ).
09. Food / : / Lunch packets to be served to all both the days and for Out Station Teams or Candidate Breakfast & Dinner to be served free of cost.
10.Medical / : / First Aid facilities will be available. However, the Org. Committee will not be held responsible for any injury sustained by any one .
11.Fees / : / Rs.300/- per head (for both or single event) - for competitor.
Rs.600/- for each guardian (if any for out station team only)

13 .Protest / : / No protest will be entertained & Referee’s decision will be final & binding on all concerned.
14. Special Note / : / i)Itis obligatory to carry birth certificate in original forall age group competitors andto produce the same on demand.
ii.) Also please note that draws will be made on the basis of entry forms received by us (for age &weight group) and in case it appears that wrong age/weight has been mentioned in entry form he/she will not be allowed to participate in the tournament and the opponent will get walkover.
iii.) Competitors must bring their own all types of protectors/guards including teeth guard.No competitor will be allowed to participate in Kumite bout without hand gloves &TeethGuard.
