3. Have you positively impacted change? This can be measured in terms of revenue increases, profit improvements, and gains in the organization’s market share.

4. Have you been able to reduce annual costs? How? In what divisions, departments, organizations, or operations? Can you quantify?

5. What specific financial functions are you responsible for? Please provide a full listing of all functions. May include financial planning, financial analysis, controllership functions, general accounting, cost accounting,
