GRAND PRIX ENTRY PROCEDURE
STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Registration is now open!! Complete the registration form before September 30 and return it with payment $500 to FIABCI-USA. Please submit at least one interior and one exterior photograph or illustration of the project. Any brochures, video or other media relating to the project and a brief written description should be included (electronic submission are encouraged). The success of any award is based on the ability to express the special qualities of the project and how it embodies excellence in several real estate disciplines and contributes to society. The project submitted must have been completed, operational and occupiedbyDecember 31, 2016. All material submitted will not be returned.
STEP 2: FINALISTS & WINNERS RECOGNITION
The final Judging will take place in October and all entrants will be notified of the results. All Category Awards will be honored at an Awards Gala to be held onNovember 1,2017 in Chicago and one project will be awarded the Grand Prix of Real Estate. All award recipients can be submitted to the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence by FIABCI-USA in December 2017. The winners of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence 2018 will be announced in May 2018 at the World Congress in Dubai.
STEP 3: MEDIA EXPOSURE
All award recipients will receive national exposure including a detailed presentation of the project at the Awards Gala in Chicago, multi-year exposure on the FIABCI-USA Grand Prix website plusannouncements in numerous real estate media outlets.
