Welcome to Creature Comforts PlayCare Center!

To ensure your pet’s check in is smooth and timely, we recommend that you review the checklist below before your PlayCare reservation. If you have any questions, call us at (520)792-4500.

We look forward to caring for your pet and making your day worry-free!

⧠Vaccinations

For the health and safety of our guests, we require proof of veterinarian-administered vaccinations. You may call your vet and ask them to fax the records to us at (520)740-0628, or you may present the most current certificate of vaccination that your vet has given you. We ask for three vaccinations:

⧠Rabies

⧠Parvo/Distemper Combo

⧠Bordatella (administered within 6 months)

We recommend that you report all vaccinations to us before you bring your pet so that you have time to see a veterinarian if they are missing any vaccinations. Please note if you choose to update your records at check in, you should be prepared for up to a 25 minute wait if the certificate is missing one of the vaccinations or another problem arises. We cannot allow unvaccinated guests into the resort, no matter how cute they are.

Make sure your dog is ready for a busy day!

Please make sure your dog has eaten and received whatever medications they may usually take before dropping them off. The happier they are when you bring them to us, the happier they will be to play and make new friends!

Leave toys at home

Much like kindergarten, we do not allow toys at PlayCare because our guests often do not like to share their favorite toy, and they are prone to getting lost, mixed up with other toys, or chewed on. We do provide our own toys for all of our guests to play with, of course.

Emergency overnight bag

If you believe you may not be able to pick up your guest before our PlayCare center closes, we recommend that you bring a small overnight bag when you drop them off with just enough food for the night and/or morning, and any medications that they will need. Keep in mind that PlayCare and boarding are not the same – if your guest stays the night, the standard boarding rates will apply.

Please take this checklist with you!

Use it to help you prepare for your dog’s first day at PlayCare. See the attached map for directions to the PlayCare center at the back of the resort.
