A formal lounge –this is a smaller lounge (with a gas fireplace) and this can be used by smaller groups wishing for a quieter area.

The main entrance to the Clubhouse is usually opened by a resident or by Management, and closed by the last person to leave in the evening (usually the bar person on duty). However, residents have access to the Clubhouse at other times via the side door to the left of the main doors by using their ‘fob’.

There is also an alfresco area with a bar-b-que with seating for about 30 people. Residents may use this at any time, although booking is recommended if you are having guests at an informal function.

A recent addition is a ‘Beach house’ and ‘Shack’ located in Bishop Road opposite to the Office at the corner of Bishop Road and Randolph Street. Once renovations have been finalised, residents will be able to relax by the beach.
