Weekly Student Portfolio Self-Assessment

Dear Student: This form will assist you in monitoring your portfolio’s content and determining the strengths and weaknesses of your writing in English and in Spanish on weekly basis.

Part I:Read the statements below. Select the numbers that most honestly reflect your weekly self-assessment (Scale 1-5: 5=strong, 4=moderately strong, 3=average, 2=moderately weak, 1=weak)
