To use this document:
· Change text throughout document to suit your occasion.
· Print the pages of this program on high quality / decorative paper.
· Cut the pages apart into three pieces that are 3¾” x 8½”.
· Cut backer cardstock that is 4¼” x 8¾”.
· Align the tops of the papers with the top of the cardstock.
· Punch two holes in center of top, ½” down and ½” apart.
· Thread ribbon through the holes to hold program together.
