We are a small local company of two female photographers.We have both previouslyhad positionsin schools and are very comfortable working with students. We have real fun on our shoots and provide a relaxed service with humour and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on having high standards and have never had an unsatisfied customer.
Our Event Photography

• We do not charge to attend your event.
• Both photographerswill attend your event (along with two others in our event team).
• We are happy to take photographs of the students arriving at the prom in their various forms of transport.
• We have a fully portable studio setup. It is a High-Key white modern background which shows everyone's outfits beautifully.
• We link straight to our laptops. After having their photographs taken students are invited to view their photos and can purchase them if they would like. However, there is absolutely no obligation for them to do so.
• We can take individual, couple and group shots. (Larger group shots will need editing and will not be ready on the night but can still be purchased at the event price and delivered to the school).
• We are also happy to take one group shot of all the guests attending the prom should the school wish to organise this.
• Photographs are printed at the event and we are happy to hold these for the students to collect at the end of the night or alternatively they can be delivered to the school at a convenient time.
• We also offer a web gallery. All photos will be displayed on our website a couple days after the event allowing for family and friends all over the world to view and order should they wish.We can password protect the school's album if required.
• We are happy to provide the school with some photos for their display boards or a selection of photos as a slideshow on DVD for no extra cost.

Our requirements to set up

• We require an area of at least 10’ x 15’. As people often come back for more than one photo it is likely that there will be queues so please bear this in mind.
• We do have our own extension leads but will require access to power supply close by.
• Ideally we would like two tables for viewing and purchasing.

Prices

We offer discounts for multiple purchases. Our event prices are as follows:

• One 6”x9” mounted print£8
• Two 6”x9” mounted prints£15 (anytime during the evening)
• Three 6”x9” mounted prints£20 (anytime during the evening)

Photos bought on our website following the event are (P&P is not included):

• 6” x 9”£12
• 10” x 8”£17
• 12” x 8”£22

We would recommend that students are informed that a photographer is in attendance and they are aware of the prices before the night to ensure they benefit from the event prices.
