Virginia REALTORS® Support Steve Martin for State Senate
The Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR), through its REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), has endorsed Steve Martin for re-election in the June 9 Republican Primary in the 11th Senate District.
"Senator Steve Martin has a proven record when it comes to supporting issues that are important to our members, consumers and property owners," said 2015 VAR President Deborah Baisden. "Steve understands that a vibrant housing market is a critical component of a strong economy. He consistently supports policies that create economic opportunities and help more Virginians experience homeownership."
"Senator Martin understands the housing and growth challenges that we will face in Central Virginia in the coming years. His leadership will be instrumental in finding solutions and creating opportunities for our region as we move forward," said John S. The 11th Senate District includes most of Chesterfield County, and all of Amelia County and Colonial Heights City.

Richmond, Va., May 7, 2015—The Virginia Association of REALTORS® (VAR), through its REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), has endorsed Rosalyn Dance for re-election in the June 9 Democratic Primary in the 16th State Senate district.
“From Mayor of Petersburg to the House of Delegates and now in the state Senate, Rosalyn Dance has a long and distinguished record as a public servant. We support her efforts to make homeownership more affordable and accessible,” said 2015 VAR President Deborah Baisden of Dance’s endorsement. “As a member of the Senate Local Government Committee, Senator Dance is in a key position to positively affect legislation important to our members and her constituents.”
